With entries now closed for the SBBA's 2025, it's time to introduce our judges, who have a challenging time ahead with a record number of entries submitted.
We're thrilled to introduce the first of our judges, Jonathan Roberts, Head of Regional Print at Reach plc. Jonathan will be a very familiar face to many, having been at the forefront of the Wales Online group for many years, championing the business community across the Swansea Bay region.
Jonathan told us: ''Swansea Bay is a fantastic business story.
From the conveyor belt of innovation emerging from our universities, to the creative entrepreneurs exploring new opportunities, to the major investment of established businesses, not to mention our ever-changing city centre attracting new players to a modern business environment - we have plenty to shout about.
It's a privilege to play a very small part in helping to celebrate so many wonderful companies who bring prosperity to our region, even in the toughest of economic times.
Judging is never an easy task, but the really hard work is already done - by the business leaders who continue to inspire, lead and champion our corner of the country.
Long may it continue after a night that always delivers a special occasion.''
